Welcome to the New DEI Digital Journal
In 2021 we conducted an experiment: we wanted to determine if there was an audience for serious, peer-reviewed business research within the global executive ecosystem.
During the six months we published close to one-hundred in-depth summaries (“translations” in academic parlance) of serious research from institutions such as Harvard Business School, Wharton, Oxford, NYU, Kellogg and other world-class centers of learning. I also published translations of research from less-well known business schools that we thought deserved highlighting and exposure. As always, it was the quality and relevance of the research, more than the brand of the school, that drove our selections.
The project was intended as a research experiment, but I am happy to announce that we will be relaunching next month through a partnership with the Institute for Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence (IRPA-AI), a 100,000+ member association of technology and business leaders from around the world. To do so, we have created a new organization called the Digital Enterprise Institute and a new digital journal called DEI Monthly. Its goal will be the same: to bring you clear, succinct and impactful translations of some of the world’s most important and innovative peer-reviewed business research, along with new original content and exclusive interviews and seminars with the thought leaders and authors from around the world.
Our first new edition next month will, for example, feature an exclusive interview with Professor Sandor Boyson, the lead author of How Exposed Is Your Supply Chain to Climate Risks? which was recently published by Harvard Business Review. Future issues will also feature exclusive content from my new book, The Rules of Persuasion, which will be published by Post Hill Press and distributed by Simon and Schuster in early 2023.
As of this Friday, we will also launch the DEI Weekly, a free newsletter that will bring you the most interesting and relevant articles, interviews and research we discover each week. You can subscribe to the DEI Weekly at by clicking below:
On behalf of everyone working on this new initiative, I want to thank you for your past support and invite you to check out DEI Monthly when it launches next month. There is nothing else like it in the world today, and I am excited to expand its reach, relevance and impact in the coming year.
